Discount Code Help
Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one discount code is permitted per order.
Your Code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box just before checkout.
Expiration Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.
Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. To view the included items select the link provided on your newsletter/our site.
Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
Oops we are sorry to hear this! Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order; check out the terms and conditions of the code.
Once you click checkout you will be brought to a page to enter your ship information. On this page you will see a “discount code/gift card” box. If you are on your mobile, you will need to click the arrow at “show order summary” to reveal this box.
General Order Help
You will be responsible for paying for reshipping of your order. Please note, we do not refund orders since everything is made to order. If this happens you need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a shipping invoice.
If your tracking number states that you have received your order with a successful delivery confirmation, Deuces Wild Designs will not ship an additional replacement package. You may contact USPS with your tracking number should there be any discrepancies.
If you did not remove the ROUTE package protection add on from your order, you can also file a claim with ROUTE.
You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “confirm & pay” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
We are very sorry, but our website is running off of 20+ APPS. To change something in an order is not as simple as clicking a button.
If you ordered the wrong size, we will do our best to work with you on this. But if you are trying to change colors, cuts, etc we CAN NOT change it.
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to email@example.com.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your Deuces Wild Designs account, order #, and product code/name of the item.
You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24-72 hours.
THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF DELIVERY!!!
We are very sorry, but we can not allow adding onto orders. When we manually edit an order, it does not show the cuts, sizes etc. correctly on our end. This in return can cause an order to get messed up.
The best way to solve this issue, is no longer allow any edits, or add ons to orders.
You can always place another order.
We understand how frustrating it is that the item you are obsessing over is currently out of stock. We continue to advertise these items as we want you to know what we normally sell. We are always looking out for the hottest items and often restock/stock similar styles, which we are sure you will fall in love with.
Use the "Notify When Available" button under your size on the item, and you will get an email if the item is restocked.
Returns & Exchanges
Deuces Wild Designs does not accept returns or exchanges. ALL sales are final. Deuces Wild Designs is a MADE TO ORDER site, meaning we make everything to order, and it is impossible for us to offer returns or exchanges.
You agree to these policies when you order as well.
Login to our website and then click the pink rewards button located on the website (Lower left corner). That is where you will find all of the information you need.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Our current turn around time will always be posted at the top of our website. Turn around time is shown in business days. This excludes weekends, and holidays.
When your order has shipped you will receive a notification with tracking information. We are working hard to process, pack, and ship your order via the shipping method you selected.
Please do not contact Deuces Wild Designs about your order if it is still within the turn around time advertised on the top of the website. It slows us down when we have to take an hour of our day to answer emails in relation to shipping when it has only been a few business days since you ordered.
We are not a ready to ship company. Meaning all orders are MADE TO ORDER.
If you constantly email us about your order, we will refund you and ban you from purchasing.
Shop Pay Help
Shop Pay is a third party payment option through Shopify. Once approved, you can pay using shop pay installments. This breaks your total payment up into 4 easy payment options.
Deuces Wild Designs has no access or control over your Shop Pay installment account. If you need further help please contact shop pay directly.
If you cannot select a size, that size is out of stock.
Deuces Wild Designs is set up so you "build" a tee on the website with the options shown.
You pick a tee from the top selector & then the design you want on that tee from the design selector menu, and add both to your cart. Here is a page that shows how CLICK HERE
Deuces Wild Designs also offer "predesigned" tees. These are tees we have already designed that you can quickly shop from.
We also offer DWD Exclusive Tees, these are tees we have created that are sold as is. These tees includes stuff you will not see on the site elsewhere. Hint EXCLUSIVE.
