Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size chart and size description under each product.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?
  1. Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to deuceswilddesigns@gmail.com.
  2. Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
  3. Include the first and last name on your Deuces Wild Designs account, order #, and product code/name of the item.

You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24-72 hours.

THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF DELIVERY

Can I change something in my order?

You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “confirm & pay” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

We are very sorry, but our website is running off of 20+ APPS. To change something in an order is not as simple as clicking a button.

If you ordered the wrong size, we will do our best to work with you on this. But if you are trying to change colors, cuts, etc we CAN NOT change it.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

The bar at the top of the website always shows our current turnaround time. (This is the time it takes for us to make your order.)

We ship via USPS (some wholesale orders go via UPS) and shipping time takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. 

Once items are shipped they are out of our control, we have added an option for you to add on shipping insurance. If you do not add this and have issues, please know we can not cover a replacement. If you accept the add on insurance you are fully covered under the shipping insurance policy. 

If an incorrect address results in returned packages, the customer is responsible for any additional postage to resend the package to the correct address.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Where do you ship?

We ship in the USA only.

My address is wrong on my order.

Reach out to us to update your address on your order. IF YOU DO NOT GET A RESPONSE WE DID NOT GET YOUR EMAIL.

In some cases it maybe too late to update the address. If this happens, this is out of our control.

You will be responsible for paying for reshipping of your order, assuming the order gets returned back to us. If the order is not returned back to us then, you will need to reorder and your order will not be refunded.

Please note, we do not refund orders since everything is made to order.

I have not received my order, but it shows as delivered.

Deuces Wild Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

We understand the frustration, but we provide a shipping insurance at checkout and if you remove this from your order then your order is not covered.

If you did pay for the shipping insurance on your order, then email us and we can help assist you.

What is your turn around time?

The current turn around time to make orders is always at the top of the website.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Deuces Wild Designs does not accept returns or exchanges. ALL sales are final. Deuces Wild Designs is a MADE TO ORDER site, meaning we make everything to order, and it is impossible for us to offer returns or exchanges.

You agree to these policies when you order as well.

Website Help

I have seen an item but it no longer seems to be in stock?

We understand how frustrating it is that the item you are obsessing over is currently out of stock. We continue to advertise these items as we want you to know what we normally sell. We are always looking out for the hottest items and often restock/stock similar styles, which we are sure you will fall in love with. 

Use the "Notify When Available" button under your size on the item, and you will get an email if the item is restocked.  

I cannot select a size on the website.

 If you cannot select a size, that size is out of stock. This is normally shown with a "line" or "X" through that size.

Do you sell digitals?

No we do not sell or giveaway digital designs.

I am confused on how to order?

Deuces Wild Designs is set up so you "build" a tee on the website with the options shown.

You pick a tee from the top selector & then the design you want on that tee from the design selector menu, and add both to your cart. Here is a page that shows how CLICK HERE 

Deuces Wild Designs also offer "predesigned" tees. These are tees we have already designed that you can quickly shop from.

We also offer DWD Exclusive Tees, these are tees we have created that are sold as is. These tees includes stuff you will not see on the site elsewhere. Hint EXCLUSIVE. 

Do you do custom designs?

We do not "custom" but, if you have seen a design you like send it to us and we may can get it. The fee for us to purchase a design for you is $3 or the cost of the design. Whichever is less.

Discount Code Help

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one discount code is permitted per order.

My discount code is not working?

Your Code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box just before checkout.

Expiration Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.

Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. To view the included items select the link provided on your newsletter/our site.

Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.

What happens if I forget to use a discount code?

Oops we are sorry to hear this! Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order; check out the terms and conditions of the code.

How do I apply a discount code or gift card

Once you click checkout you will be brought to a page to enter your ship information. On this page you will see a “discount code/gift card” box. If you are on your mobile, you will need to click the arrow at “show order summary” to reveal this box.

Reward Help

How do I earn rewards?

We give points for every dollar you spend with us! You can cash these points in to use on the site. Simply sign up for rewards by clicking the rewards button (Gift Box Icon on the left side of the website on a mobile device)

How do I see how many reward points I have or how to use them?

Login to our website and then click the pink rewards button located on the website (Lower left corner). That is where you will find all of the information you need.
